  • Diane S. lucked out. The first appointment that I made, he failed to show or call. After I called, he admitted that he wrote my info on a receipt that his wife shredded. We made another appointment for a week later (today) between 8-8:30. It's now 10:00 a.m. and I haven't seen him nor gotten a call. Very unprofessional. I ran a small business for years and never treated a customer or future customer this way. Can't believe I was blown off TWICE!!
