  • Terrible service and company. I tried to refinance over the summer and met every deadline they sent to me. A month later they denied my loan at the rate that I locked in saying that I didn't turn in my documents on time - interestingly the rates went up over this time. All of this is after they stiffed me out of $375 to a appraisal company that they contract with. This seems very fishy to me and when I tried to appeal my case, they essentially ignored me. Use at your own risk.
