During my second trip to Vegas, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to grab a legit brunch on the terrace on a beautiful weekend morning. We only waited 20 minutes for a table at 11:30 on a Saturday in March.
As you may or may not expect, their pastries were the best part of the meal. You should definitely get some to share. Get their classics: chocolate almond croissant and cheese danish. Go for the blueberry pastry, as well, but skip the pecan.
Or main dishes were lovely as well, though the winner at the table was definitely the chicken and waffles. Not only was it beautiful, but it was really tasty. It was one of the most elegant chicken and waffle dishes I've ever seen, and the chicken was so juicy. I loved the herbs they put in the waffle.
If you like bloody marys, theirs was definitely solid, though I've had more amazing ones. Still, I have no regrets about this boozey brunch.
