  • If I could give a negative 5 stars would. The unprofessionalism at this place is astounding! My wife picked out a frig washer and dryer here. First, they tried to sneak extra charges on her that she discovered once in the car. She had to go back in and have them taken off. We also got a mini fridge but decided we didn't want it before delivery. We called to tell them not to deliver the mini fridge and take it off the bill. They kept saying we had to talk to the original sales rep but he was conveniently never there or gone till the next day. They wouldn't tell us the name of the manager on the phone so we decided to go there and they were completely disrespectful so we canceled the whole order and they refused to give the $200 deposit back. Oh well better than losing even more money going forward with the appliances that prob would have broken and then to have to deal with these guys for repairs? No thanks! I would recommend staying far far away from these people at all costs. Conn's gives about anyone credit on new appliances and they have much better service.
