  • Just came home from Bahama bucks and the service was horrible. The girl in the front which I don't remember her name sadly. Took my boyfriends order first which was a BRM regular birthday cake flavored. I went second wanted to try something different so I asked to see the sizes to the smoothie cups. She just pointed at a cardboard didn't say anything. So ok thanks for that. I asked for a small coconut kulana I think that's the name. We went to sit down when I look at the receipt and she charged me for a medium smoothie and a small shaved ice. The opposite of what we ordered. I told my boyfriend and he went to complain. And they still got his order incorrect. I got my small smoothie which I saw the other worker pour from the medium cup to a small cup over the sink and he proceeded to drink the rest of it. Ok cool I guess. If they're allowed to do that. The smoothie was horrible I took one sip and threw it away. We love Bahama Bucks but that girl at the counter just seemed unhappy to be there and gave me a bad vibe. It'll be a while before I go back. Which is a shame.
