| - Woke up to a flat tire, which is always a fun way to start the day. After getting the donut on, drove a few blocks and found a newly opened Tire Works. While I had hoped that the tire was repairable (no such luck!), they went out of their way to show me what was wrong, give me several options, and even checked out a few other things for me (at no charge). At no time did I feel high pressure to buy more than what I needed, and when I got home, everything they told me about the reputation of my tires and the desert heat checked out.
The waiting area was clean, and the people were all nice. They have a loyalty points program, a "text to get $10 off" program and they do basic car maintenance stuff, not just tires. Nice place to have in the neighborhood, I'll probably get my next oil change here.
