| - Beware, Beware,Beware. They can't manage their business. They are broke, and can't pay off your trade in. You'll be paying on two vehicles if you buy from them. Even my bank can't get them to do their job. You've been warned. Don't do business here, their frauds. They don't support military or veterans!!!!!!!!
I found this dealership through my banks car buying service. I thought I was getting a fantastic, amazing deal and I drove several
Hours to drive the vehicle I selected to see. Sales person was awesome. He wasn't pushy and within the first hour I had my trade and the new vehicle price and was ready to get on the road with my new vehicle. However,,,,,,, the finance department has much to be desired. I came to the dealership With cash and loan in hand what should have been a very quick really easy process has turned into the deal that just won't close. First off you get nothing from these people over the phone. After days and days. No exaggeration here! I called for 4 days trying to straighten out the mess that was created and finally after I asked to speak to a manager I got results. I'm now 3 weeks into buying this vehicle and this process is still not finalized. I have to say this has been one of the worse experiences I have ever had when purchasing a car. Not only when someone did finally call me back they yelled at me. I couldn't believe it, I actually stopped what I was doing and asked the woman if she was really yelling at me. I actually put the phone on speaker for everyone in my immediate area to hear. Usually I'm in new car bliss still at this point, but any joy I had was slowly sucked away with the laziness and incompetency of this staff. My recommendation you can work with the sales people but pray you get through the rest of the deal unscathed and un-yelled at.
