Had a surgical procedure at St Lukes, and would not recommend it to anyone. The check in procedure was more difficult than it needed to be, was unorganized and took over 1 1/2 hours for check in. The pre-op, operating, and post op was simple and organized, no complaints there. But the nursing care on my floor for the three days after was horrible. IV pumps beeping over 1 1/2 hours and no nurse would come to reset. I would press the call button, someone would ask what I needed but never come to help me. I was authorized to take a shower when I requested one the nurse refused to help me because I had an iv in and she did not want to mess with it. Upon leaving my companion slipped on the floor in the lobby and was told it was her fault because of the flip flops she was wearing. NEVER go here if you have a choice, I know I will not.
