  • I called Wright Electric about my kitchen outlets and appliances not working. Rich gave me some troubleshooting guidance over the phone which fixed the problem! He was so helpful at no cost at all!! He could have come over, charged for a visit, and charged for troubleshooting (and maybe even for some wiring I don't need) but he helped with what he could over the phone and it worked! Nice guy!
