  • First time at a Capital Grille. It was a friends birthday and the staff made it special. We went there for the steak and I can attest that this was the finest 10 oz filet ever! It was cooked to perfection and had great texture and flavor. Divine. For the $45 I expected nothing short of great and it was. We started off the meal with salads-a kale with peanut dressing and the field green salad. Both arrived dressed despite our request that dressing be on the side. We shared a side of asparagus which was nice but nothing exceptional. The complimentary birthday tasting was an added touch that was very appreciated. In a word-Go for the steak. That's what this place is all about and they know how to execute it beautifully.
