  • I got here and immediately Eric says "We're closed." I saw people in line and said okay Can I drop this in the package drop. He said yes. I asked for a small piece of tape, and he said we don't provide tape anymore. Literally I needed two small pieces of tape at most for the shipping label. What happened to good customer service? I asked if I could buy one and he said no I can't sell you any tape after 5pm. So now I have to drive all the way to the Sunset location (where they're actually nice) to ship my package. What an inconvenience. I won't be coming here again.
