  • Extremely unhappy. They came out yesterday and said our air was fixed I told them it will work for awhile and then stop blowing. He said it was the fan that was just replaced in May. I told him it wasn't. Woke up this morning and it was over 80 in the house again. Called them and the man who answered acted like it was my fault they messed up and didn't fix the problem. Said they'd be here between 12 and 4. Called back at 130 and said I have dogs kids and my disabled elderly grandma here and he said everyone does. He said when they left the problem was fixed. Well no it wasn't had he listened to me in the 1st place this would be fixed. Now we are sitting around again today waiting on these people. Two days waisted. When you mess up and don't fix the problem the 1st time you think you'd make those people priority. Worst company and worst customer service. I am going to let my home warranty company know and never use them again and make sure everyone we know stays away from this terrible experience. I don't know what happened to customer service and caring. So sad. Here it is Sunday. The ac we were told was fixed Friday. It is after 4 pm they were suppose to be here between noon and 4. Yesterday the guy came and said the unit was completely frozen that's what I told the guy Friday. So now my dogs kids and elderly disabled grandma are just miserable and sick. Not sure what will happen if it doesn't get fixed today. Worst company ever. And now it's Sunday 531pm and they won't be able to fix it today. This company is a freaking joke.
