Update: Received a phone call from Adam at the salon and had a good conversation with him. The customer service he provided in making the situation right was very much appreciated and my daughter even feels better about the whole experience. Thank you, Adam for taking the time to talk with me.
My daughters and I have been to this location before on several occasions and had great experiences. But the gal we saw is no longer there and my teenage daughter wanted to get her haircut at a "nicer salon". So I called for her and requested a junior stylist for a haircut. When we arrived, we met with Elyse and my daughter showed her pictures on her phone of what she wanted and showed her on her hair and body where she wanted her hair to fall to (she had long hair). She went back with Elyse but when they came back after they were done, her hair was much shorter. About 2" shorter than what my daughter wanted and that meant she had about 5-6" cut off. She barely made it out of the salon before she started to cry and she just said that she couldn't understand why the stylist didn't do what she had asked when she had been so clear. Of course they cut hair first in the back so she didn't see how short it was until it was too late. I understand a stylist having a bad or off day but I decided to write this review because her experience was so far off from the length that she wanted. She was so excited about getting a nice cut at a nice salon with professional stylists. But now she is just hurt and regrets her experience immensely.
