  • All around the worst run event I've ever been to. It can be attributed to West 54 Media Group that put on the event. A group of us bought tickets in advance, that turned out to be a huge mistake. We waited in a 2 HOUR line! Total chaos! The workers were clueless, they didn't communicate at all. Customers took it upon themselves to try and organize a line, that just turned into more confusion and the event staff didn't even try to help. After 1.5 hours and another estimated 30 minutes to go we were hungry and wanting to leave. Then we noticed that you have to wait in another long line after entering to get the food tickets we prepurchased. That was enough for us to decide to bail. We asked the lady in charge, Deborah, if we could get a refund. She seemed nice enough and said she would refund us the next day. So we left to the Yardhouse restaurant that was next door, got a cold beer and amazing mac and cheese. Best decision of the day to bail from that s#!t-show! Two months later and Deborah stopped responding and has never issued our refunds.
