  • The owner has done a remarkable job of keeping this place clean. I guess it isn't that hard with only 28 tennants and no customers. When a McDonalds leaves your mall you know things are bad. I'm not going to repeat everything that has been said. The place used to be awesome, Tower City was built, the rest is history. I was in the area and walked through for the first time since 1994. Sadddddd.
