  • BEWARE short version---they fooled me into signing 3 year contract for services we still don't know how to use. Can't get out without nearly $500. charges. Told we r buying something...but what? a box that won't work without the service? after calling few times to get out of contract i tried one more time & fortunately got a person who believes in her company & wanted to help me. She did give us a lower rate & that was decent. GRanted we are older & not hi-tech but I don't sign contracts so I am not sure how they got us. It was likely the source...a reliable radio station said we could get free install & other items if we were a first caller ...I'm a sucker for prizes...we needed to replace a medical alert system [that a friend purchased for us & paid for years. I was feeling Catholic guilt]. Thought this was a system that called emergency services should we need them. That was how they agreed we could use the system. I can't read small print. the paper i signed i thought was for the charming worker/installer saying he did deliver what was installed. When i went to cancel & learned I would be making monthly $40. payments for 3 years & there is no way out...& it is NOT a medical alert system
