  • This place is by far the worst place as a bank in history. I called yesterday to please have them stop soliciting me for a payment when they wouldn't let me pay it in the first place. Angel the rep said okay I can do that. I asked them why are they soliciting me to pay when they wouldn't let me before and she said to me well the first time was because you was in recovery for your car. BUT I WASNT I was only 9 days past due on my vehicle and they wouldn't let me pay. I told her that it doesn't matter now because I'm fine but I do want them to stop contacting me. I said F*** charlotte metro credit union and she got offended and said you just called to say that to me. I said I called for you all to leave me alone and quit contacting me! She then hung up on me which they always do! This is the worst bank ever. I wish these people would leave me alone. They already took my car and made my credit card a charge off. I have moved on and I wish they would move on and quit contacting me!!!
