  • This has been a great experience, especially after I had a bad experience with the last place I lived. There is no BS. I've never had unexpected expenses in my bill, I had the flexibility to choose my own internet provider (I know cox and centurylink both work here) unlike other properties that contract to allow only one option, and parking wasn't as hard to find as my last place. It is quiet here, my neighbors I can tell are loud people and I don't hear them very much at all. The staff is awesome. They ensured me my bill would be the same amount every month and it indeed has been. Water sewage and trash is included in my bill and it is for a fixed amount. My last place was one bed one bath, here is two beds (with walk in closets) and two baths for the same price out the door. I have never had any problems with bugs. They have delicious cookies at the leasing office. I highly recommend this place.
