  • If there was a zero I would have given it to them. I should have read the reviews of this company before going to them. My story is similar to the others. I was given numbers for closing and a deposit when I gave them my Ernest down payment. One week before closing their mortgage people (I Mortgage) told me I needed another $20,000 to close and if I didn't have it to borrow it from someone. I refused the house lost all my Ernest money thanks to being mislead by their broker. Shame on American West this is not how you do business c
