  • I was interested in renting an inflatable movie screen from pump up cinema. The only option for contacting this company was thru email. I emailed them on a friday afternoon at 4pm hoping to rent the screen for the weekend on saturday and sunday night as they advertise. I felt it was very unprofessional that they did not email me back about my inqueries until sat night at 9:00 pm after i already rented from their competition, Which by the way treated me very good and promptly replied to my inqueries. I can not judge pump up cinema on their actual service as they never really gave me a chance to adequatly rent their equipment or do actual business with them but judging them on their customer service skills and responding to their potential customers i can judge them on and it was far below expectation.
