  • Their customer service is lacking. I called to cancel an appointment I had with them and he hung up on me before I could say anything else. Very rude. Also, like the other Lauren who reviewed this mechanic, when I went previously for an oil change they had multiple other things they said I needed to get done on my vehicle.
