Meh!
Was the first one in the door at 10:00 due to No Service on the IPad. Customer Service mentioned the the must recent update has fried the SIMS card on older IPads. He said to go to the closest store to get it replaced for free. Cool.
The reception was polite and quick. But.... As Ray was going through the steps to replace the SIMS card, he frequently went on a (gentle) tangent to sell multiple items in the store.
After keeping him to task and gratefully accepting more data for less money, it took over an hour to find out the new SIMS card did not fix the problem. Sigh..
This is the reason I usually stay out of the stores.
