rev:text	Customer service is AWFUL!! I bought 2 tix for the Lil Mermaid play this evening. It's still a lil windy out and might rain but they will not cancel play. I called to ask about a refund since kid has asthma and should NOT be outside. I was told that they will not issue a refund even with a doctors note. Uh r u kidding me u greedy jerks?? Medically my kid CANT be outside and u just don't care? WOW. Unfortunately my crystal ball was broken when I purchased tickets. Jerks. Complete jerks
