  • My daughter, niece and I were given a mani/pedi gift this last Saturday at Europa salon and spa. We had never been there before so we weren't sure what to expect. We found it easily. It is located on the corner of Mercantile on Chagrin Blvd. On arrival we were greeted by the very friendly manager. She took our coats, offered us beverages and gave us a nice tour of their new space. They had so many interesting areas for the various spa treatments. One of my favorites is the salt room. Great place to de-stress. We were then escorted into the nail room where all three of us were treated to our mani's and pedi's. My nail technician was Alla and she was wonderful. She was uber friendly and was awesome. I have very dry nails and hands which drive me mad all winter, and by the time she was done, my hands were as soft as a babies behind. I will be forever grateful! My daughter and niece were also given the royal treatment by their nail technicians. We left with gorgeous toes and nails . I love this salon. They were all so professional, yet warm and relaxing. A very well manicured thumbs up!
