  • Dr Steen Johnson's arrogance is beyond reproach my daughter had a sprained ankle which needs an MRI. Fine, Take control and manage your own healthcare I'm told. Dr Steen Johnson and the TOCa clinic do not want to allow you to do that. They said they would call us. when THEY set up the appointment for my daughters MRI and also when they would schedule her follow up with him. We Requested a prescription for my daughters MRI and they became argumentative, they want to send you to their own radiology center, set your appointments and then call you to let you know when to show up. Everything at their beckon call. When I insisted on taking my daughter to the radiology center of my choice and requested the prescription they said they were to busy and couldn't get to it until the end of the day, but they would e-mail it to us. . Steen came back in the office to persuade me to follow what they wanted. Again I asked for the mri prescription and was told by steen, MY WAY OR THE HIGHWAY" well highway it is jerk. They have failed to provide me with a copy of the prescription and I have already made-an mri appointment which proves my point.
