  • First of all, great selection of tennis equipment and gear, especially considering they're a local business. I recently bought tennis shoes there ($100). After wearing them once briefly on the courts, I realized they were a little too big for my comfort, so I had to return them. Before I did, I was not very optimistic that they would take them back (which would not have made me happy), because of the reviews here on Yelp precisely on this matter - and also because they have a big fat sign on their counter at the store that says, "no returns - except for store credit"...which I thought wasn't a great policy, but OK I can live with store credit, as long as they do accept returns. Anyway, I went in there, and they were very helpful and understanding - completely opposite of some of the negative reviews here. They changed my tennis shoes, after helping me try a few different sizes and styles again, and all I had to do was pay a very small amount for their shipping back to the shoes' manufacturer, which is very reasonable considering the shoes had been worn. I definitely plan on being back.
