  • Getting kicked out by management for making complaints about fumes from resurfacing and paint. My wife who walks to work and my new baby will suffer because of their decision. In December they painted my apartment accidentally even though I had a doctor's note about paint and fume exposure. Had to leave for a month to temporary accommodations and they didn't want to fix it as the office closes at 5 pm. Leaving me stranded to deal with over the weekend. Another issue with fumes was brought to their attention 6/22/18 and today 6/26/18 I have a notice to leave. Don't ask them to address issues or you will get kicked out too. Attached is a picture of their paint vendor employee on top of a resident's car. This is the type of people they hire. I saw this same vendor clean paint tools in the grass near children. That stuff very toxic. The management even sent me a renewal letter in May and after my 6/22 I getting kicked out. Retaliation for trying to protect my family from toxic fumes and paint.
