  • I was very impressed with the honesty of the sales person Zac. Instead of steering me to an expensive unit, he pointed out a less expensive but better performing one. He was able to schedule my install for that same weekend. When we arrived to drop off my vehicle, one of the items wasn't available so he substituted it with a more expensive and better quality item. The install was performed in the timeframe promised by their tech, Kyle. He was very polite and was able to make a minor custom install request happen without additional cost to me. He left my vehicle interior cleaner than when we dropped it off. Before we left, Zac took time to make sure I understood the basic operation of my stereo. I noticed on my drive home a small problem, so I called the next day and was told to bring my vehicle in and the problem could be fixed within an hour. I brought it in and they found a fault in the wiring harness; they said it would be a few days before they could get it shipped in and sent me I my way. Zac called the next day and said he'd found one and that I could bring my vehicle back the following day... Here I sit in their parking lot, writing this review. They replaced my wiring harness with an even better one than was promised, again at no additional cost, and in just under an hour. I would recommend Audio Express to anyone looking for a good deal AND great service!! Gentlemen... You rock!
