  • Walking into Fromagination is realizing that heaven does exist, and it is in a small cheese shop. Located on the capitol square in down-town Madison, Fromagination is a cannot-be-missed destination for cheese lovers. They have a wide array of delicious cheeses from Wisconsin and around the world, and samples are always available. Additionally, they sell other specialty food items such as chocolate, oils, crackers, specialty meats; everything you'd need for a summer picnic or cheese tasting party. What I don't think most people know at first about this place is that they also have fresh made sandwiches available that utilize one of their decadent cheese selections. On a nice spring or summer day, having one of their sandwiches on their outdoor patio makes for a satisfying lunch experience.
