  • Looking for an affordable gym? Youfit is completely the opposite. Staring with a contract for of penalty fees, which you end up paying full month to manage your account. Despite there inability to provide service; specially with fitness coach. They can't retain there fitness coaches leaving you with multiple people to train with or in limbo finding a trainner. Expecting you to fit to there schedule instead of the other way around. No headquarter offices (Needless to say;No email, electronic or phone access). Gym location managers without power to make decisions; therefore, zero communication from staff to client. If you expect to have service, make sure to look for a different gym. I've been a gym member of multiple fitness chane; never had the experience of disruspect as a customer like with Youfit. I thought youfit was for people that are starting up again, aka, beginners. I discovered that youfit stands for you pay and better fit to there availability; never to there promise of service. After adding up extra fees and frustration, youfit it's the most expensive gym I've been in. Going back to LAFitness or Lifetime, were my money = service. If I had the option rate Youfit with a -5.
