| - I was extremely happy to find Jessica since I work from home and her mobile service came to me. I could just answer the door, then get back to work.
But, the last time I tried to make an appointment, I had to wait for a month. Remember, I work from home, so I am very flexible. So, when she was finished grooming my dog, I asked her to schedule an appointment in two months. She explained that she could not schedule while on the road, so I sent a reminder text to the same number she used to contact me to ask if she could come early. No reply.
Realizing that I had not received a reply, I texted again. No reply. Thinking that I needed to follow the proper procedure, I filled out the form on the website, and included my past attempts to make an appointment. No reply.
So now I need to find a new groomer because for some reason, I can not get a response. I would have at least appreciated an explanation if for some reason my dog had misbehaved, or for some reason she no longer wanted to have me as a customer. But instead, I have not received any reply after three attemps, which I believe is not professional.
