  • Well, I would love to give more stars but have lost complete faith in this business. Spending over $50k on a vehicle that was damaged by the car wash guy before we drove it off the lot, purchasing the $500 "special" warranty available, I called 7 weeks after ordering a $300 key fob that we accidentally lost to find out that they have NO RECORD of us ordering that so called special warranty or the $300 key fob. I would have loved to be able to handle this right now but as I'm sitting at work till midnight I did not have the invoice number available to give them to try to find us in the computer system. They tried two other ways to locate our order to no avail.....ridiculous. I wish I could take back the excellent rating they begged for me to give on the reviews just after purchasing dang it
