  • SimonMed Baywood is the worst, most unprofessional medical facility I have ever been to. If I could give it a zero, I would.I was sent there for imaging of my foot. It began with the woman who made the appointment. She didn't give me an appointment for contrast. The technician screwed up the imaging and I had to go back. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn't have one because there weren't any complete images. Huh??? They screwed up the imaging the second time. Now, I'm going to EVDI and trying to get someone form the Compliance Department to call me back so I can get a refund to pay to go to a place that actually can do their job competently. In the meantime I am still walking around in pain and it has been over a month with no diagnosis. UNBELIEVABLE! How does this place stay in business?? Their website boasts a 98% patient approval rating. HA!
