| - Jim was a very affable, approachable guy and good to deal with. The only trouble was, they couldn't fit the lenses, once they came, to the frames I had selected. I don't know how that happens: you know the size of the lenses to expect, and the size of the frames, right? So that was a strike. Then, once I came in and selected alternate frames, I found out a few days later that they were out of stock at the distributor. Not their fault, but by this time I was really unimpressed. When I finally came in to get my frames, Jim told me he had waived the balance on my account for all the trouble I had experienced. I was a little too shocked at the time to say anything, but I think I mumbled "thanks" or something like that. So, all in all, a really standup move to compensate me for some of the hassle. Thanks, Jim.
