rev:text	Most of the work I do is on my laptop, my laptop is like the blood and soul of my existence! Imagine my grief when the mother board of my computer decided to travel to laptop heaven? Now I did a lot of searching and comparison shopping for weeks: Best Buy, Dell website, Computer Trends. I decided finally on Future Shop in the Northland Mall. There wasn't much difference in the end in prices between Best Buy and Future Shop; both carried the same lines, inventory and guarantees. But what I was most impressed was the salesperson I dealt with. A young man name Chris who approached me immediately when I entered his department area. I was automatically flung into a world of laptop options and selections. He gave me basic information in a language I could understand about the pros and cons of each item. I ended up with the HP computer that I now have and bought the complete software and virus protection etc with his assistance. Chris was there through the whole process. After purchasing my computer not only did Chris give me the number to call in his department he also gave me his private cell phone to be sure that I was happy with my purchase. I have called him twice since with questions about programs and things not even related to my well functioning laptop and he has always been graciously helpful in all aspects. I don't know if this is the normal attention each client gets when going to Future Shop Northland but all I know is that I will now return there for all my computer quirks and needs.
