  • Mousehouse cheesehaus is my number one stop when heading out (or back into) town! They have beer, fugde, knickknacks, and of course.... CHEESE! They always have a bunch of samples out, but they will also open anything you want to try. They have a bunch of strange and new flavors that you've never heard of, but are utterly delicious! Today we purchased their mousehouse jack which was on special and their French onion soup cheddar. Spice lovers get ready because they have a big variety of spicy cheeses like ghost pepper, Carolina reaper, and of course smoked habanero for those not as adventurous but still like the heat. Every time we stop we get a grilled cheese too. They have 5 choices of cheese, 5 choices of bread, a bunch of condiments and toppings so you can make it your own. I'm exited for the expansion to see what they add to the already amazing shop. This place is a must to enjoy a true Wisconsin visit!
