rev:text	Even though I was dissatisfied at the visit from the sunny plumber after talking with the manager Adam and explaining the situation he made things right with me and refunded the money paid since the sink was still clogged at the time the plumbers left, I am happy that they hold up to their satisfaction guarantee policy. I appreciate that they sought me out to make it right and believe it really is a good company. Thanks Adam
