  • My visit to the Scottsdale COX Solutions Store on April 22 was to review my bill on possible saving opportunities and potentially drop services if needed. Erin Ledger the Solutions Specialist was able to decipher the billing so I could understand all of the charges and various built in package discounts. In the course of it she was able to find a credit due me. I would like to thank her and the company for her patience and diligence for working with the customer.
