Called about a car we saw online with a special internet only price offered. We were told it was available & ready to view. We drove across town on our Saturday, ready to pay cash & drive it home. Not only was it not ready (still dirty & not finished with safety inspections) but the Manager would not honor the price he had listed online - even though we and the sales person had the price pulled up on our phones. The manager said they add extras to the car, like door guards, and that adds cost. Those items weren't yet on the car, and we didn't want them.
He wouldn't negotiate Internet price and he wouldn't even honor the internet price he advertised. Before we left he tried to switch us to other cars he had with higher mileage.
It was a classic bait & switch, and a very poor business model. I'm in sales and this is no way to earn business. I cannot recommend purchasing from this dealership.
