I have always recommended this prestige location to anyone looking for a dry cleaner and have been a customer on and off (because of moving around the valley) for almost 5 years. Time and time again I've been impressed with the services provided. Ive trusted this team with some of my most valuable garments, but after several visits and some pricing discrepancies between orders, I decided to bring my questions to light about why some visits my items are a few dollars more or less depending on the time. I was confronted with an abrasive rebuttal on how the barcode system never fails and that the answer is that I simply have never had these specific pieces dry cleaned before. Definitely not the way a customer wants their questions to be answered! When I said it's not about the refund and that I just want my pricing to be consistent or understand why it's not, the employee did take the time to explain additional fees, but did so in an extremely condescending tone. The conversation was ended by letting me know I can help the order price by downloading coupons on the website. Long story short: great cleaning, subpar cust. service, not worth the hassle any longer.
