  • Ordered a lunch call in order at 11:50 a.m. Nothing on my particular order was correct. We did have several orders and several things were incorrect. I called and was TOLD to never place a to go order on Friday because they are too busy and can't handle it and that if I did, it would need to be right at opening time of 11:00. This was from the manager, Mike. Would've appreciated the heads up when we placed the order instead you took my order, so you should've made every effort to correct it and then been apologetic if you messed up, which he was not. Also, FYI, he said they don't give refunds for cash, only a credit card. I am taking the food back, and my payment type has nothing to do with returning a wrong order WITH my receipt and wrong food in hand! VERY DISAPPOINTING! This place is VERY hit or miss!
