  • I had been wanting to go to the Ballroom for a long time. They have great drink specials and I had heard good bowling. However my experience was terrible. The server my friends and I had was very slow and left us sitting without service for awhile. We all ordered mixed drinks assuming that they were the 3$ Tuesday night special. We got the check and were over charged which wouldn't have been a big deal but the server said she doesn't work Tuesdays and didn't know and that we asked for bar rail (which we didn't at all). Her attitude was unreal and topped when she threw the bill on the table and walked away. My friends and I couldn't believe it (but we still tipped too btw). Then we went downstairs and waited and waited and waited. Finally got some service from the most unpleasant bartender who had more attitude than our previous server. She made and charged us for our drinks which after we tasted had no alcohol! My friend spoke to the manager who he said was great and very apologetic. She made the difference in our experience but I would never go back or recommend this place. This is the only bad review I've ever written.
