| - Brenda did my nails 9 days ago and they still look perfect and beautiful as ever. This was my first visit to the nail affair and I will be going back for sure. The employees are cool, funny, accommodating, the cashier was really sweet in helping me pick out my gel colors, and I was even asked what I wanted to watch on Netflix. When honestly, I could care less about conversation, time, or atmosphere; I just want my nails done right!!! Brenda is a perfectionist and I like it! I told her I wanted coffin shape, gel, long but not too long ,etc. Before each step, she made sure I was ok with length, shape, and asked if I wanted anything changed. She did my nails so perfect I was in shock. Love love love my nails and I get compliments every day, thanks Brenda!!!

Originally had Brenda do a full set which was great, a couple weeks later I had her do a fill, and it was great until a week after the fill when half of the nails started lifting and two nails broke completely out of no where. I text brenda to get the broken nails fixed, she replied two days later. I had to make an appointment just to get a repair and when I asked if someone else at the salon could fix them, she told me no, she only has one nail tech who corrects her work and she was also off for two days. I'm an entertainer, I can't go around with broken ugly nails, So I went back to my previous nail tech (who's work has never lifted in the 10 years I've been seeing her) and she had to do a full set completely over because the acrylic was crumbling off.
I text Brenda about 4 weeks later (2 days ago) to schedule and appointment for a fill because I did like her coffin shape and all of the gel polish options which are limited at my other salon. Brenda said she'd prefer to do a full set over because she doesn't like working with other people's work. I explained to her that her work lifted and the nails broke easily. I asked her if she could keep the existing acrylic as a base and try to work around it. I also said I WAS willing to get a fill or a full set. She didn't reply to any of my logical questions, one question which made perfect sense : "sure, I have no problem with doing a full set over, but if they lift again, is there a solution to this?" She took huge offense to my honesty and replied with the rudest most temperamental immature text: "maybe you should keep seeing your old nail lady since my work lifted and didn't last for you, have a great weekend". She didn't answer any of my questions, No reply. So twelve hours later I text her back letting her know her attitude is crap and my text were equally as immature as hers. She won't ever have any good clients behaving like a child and doing mediocre work that doesn't last longer than five weeks. Don't give your cell number out to clients if you don't have the capacity or skill to interact, answer simple questions, or take honest criticism. She's not worth the money or time. She took three whole hours to do my full set, which I didn't mind because I thought it was quality work. I don't have three hours in a day to waste sitting with a rude nail tech and leaving a 33% tip for someone who can't work with acrylic correctly. This shop either uses cheap product or Brenda tremendously lacks technical skill.
