  • George just came out and took care of the mustang. My boyfriend locked his keys inside while running at 8:45am. I called LockMonkeys at 8:54, they answered quickly and said they'd be here in 20 mins. I sat outside waiting with my dog and 20 mins later I seen the van pulling in. It's clearly labeled so I felt more comfortable considering my boyfriend took my car to the airport instead. There's a lot of creepy folks and I felt at ease the entire time working with George. He asked for identification and then proceeded to unlock the doors. We've locked the keys inside once before and it took two different companies and 2 hours go get it unlocked. Literally 5 mins max. He quoted me a price, I told him about the $10 off I seen on Yelp, he reduced it by the $10 without any disagreement or pushback,gave me his card, and told me to have a blessed day. I was all finished before 9:30am . Great service and effective skill. I'm a realtor and work with plenty of folks so I can attest to his quality. Best decision I made all morning!
