  • Had great experience with these guys about 8 months ago so I figured I would use them for my infiniti routine maintenance. Got a call saying rear brakes needed replace and my rear shocks were leaking. When I told them to just complete the work agrred to, they kept pushing to do the additionalvwork ($800+ additional). Went in to pick up the car and waited 30 minutesbwhile the one guy kept going back and forth into the shop while trying to figure out howbto take care of the people in front of me...it happens. I get to the counter and he cannot find my paperwork. Finally got it and decided I did not want to trust my car to such a disorganized place. Anyway, took it to another mechanic for brakes and shocks...they tell me my shocks are fine! Apparently they were trying to milk me for over $500. Not sure what happened to this place...new management? Regardless, never again...so dont send me a response telling me to contact you so you can make it right. Make it right the first time!
