Stay away from here. I bought my car here in 2015 and have been having it serviced here lever since. Talk about incompetence in the service department. I brought it in on Monday, 2/19/18 at 1:05 pm. I called the day before and guy said no appointment is needed, just bring it in; will take about an hour. I needled an oil change, tire rotated and they put on a sealant wax (I bought the warranty for this when purchased car and needs to be done every 6 months to preserve warranty). Also, I needed the electronics checked out. Whenever I try to charge my IPhone, it creates an alert and bells go off in the car, as if u left your turn signal on. Also, I have a traffic cam and when I plug it in it shorts out the electronics and shows that my tires are not inflated on the screen. (NOTE: I have already brought this in once before for same problem and didn't have the parts & had no idea what the problem was).
Anyway, I came back to service 2 hours and 40 minutes later & service man said was busy today and electrical man tied up and can't do it; bring it in all day tomorrow. The guy will put it on the laptop and see what can see. (Guy did that the first time and didn't fix it). Are u kidding me?! Why didn't u tell; me that yesterday? Or, today when I brought it in 2 hours and 40 minutes ago? When I explained the problem to the guy at the service desk, he didn't even know where the cigarette plug was to insert the traffic cam into was. And thought the IPhone plus and the traffic cam plug went into the same receptacle. He had no idea that were two separate size plugs and outlets. He told me that the cars today are very complicated (like that's my problem?; u built them, u should be able to fix them, complicated or not; why sell a product u can't fix because it's complicated?). He said it might be my equipment is not compatible with the car. Are u kidding me??? U mean in two totally unrelated jacks (for the IPhone and for the traffic cam that no matter what I plug in there, they all don't work. But, it's not the car, it's all my equipment???!!!). And he's a service manage???
I said: so, is car ready to go? He told me was finishing putting the wax on car now. That was a lie as they hadn't even started the wax for the sealant because 40 minutes later, I went to him and told him that he really hadn't startled, had they, and he said: well, it was up in the lube rack. YEAH, they were doing the oil, not the sealant. So, a one hour job took them 3 hours and 35 minutes & nothing was done for my electrical problems.
Then I wanted to complain to a manager, I went to the front desk and asked the girl there who was the manager to complain to and she said: I think they went home. I told her: This is a simple question: Is there a boss around her, now, to help me with a complaint? She had no idea who to call. I left in disgust. And problem still exists.
Be very careful if u buy a car there as the service department has no idea how to fix it. If this was the first time I had been there, I might find this excusable but, this happens time after time. They lost my service records once in their computer and had no idea what I had even purchased, warranty wise. I could go on and on but, why? They obviously don't care.
