  • I recently went here for a haircut/style as it was one of the few salons in Scottsdale/PV with a same-day opening. The facility itself is beautiful. They staff at the front desk were friendly. Our interaction was brief and to-the-point. I didn't ask them any questions or for any extra info, nor was any offered. I noticed the coffee and water in the lobby but was not offered any or notified of it's existence. This is not a complaint, just an observation. My haircut was good, what I asked for, and the woman took her time cutting it, insisting that she would cut it twice to make sure it was the proper length (once dry, once wet). What I asked for was quite simple so I'm not sure if this was necessary, but then again, I am not a hairstylist. Overall the haircut lasted about an hour and I have relatively short hair (cutting 6in length down to 5in). The stylist was very talkative and I was happy to speak with her. The price, although high compared to a standalone salon, is what you would expect to pay in any other full-service spa in the Scottsdale/PV area. Overall I enjoyed the experience and will most likely return in the future.
