  • I came in to address some personal concerns and a Pap smear. I was seen mostly by a nurse practitioner student and wasn't examined at all by the Nurse Practitioner. I was quickly ushered out of the test and told that there wasn't enough time to address my concerns because they had "other clients to see" Understandable, but they could have offered to book another appointment to discuss with me the other questions and personal concerns I had. I left the appointment feeling disappointed and more anxious than I had come in. As a HCP myself, I was shocked at the treatment I received and that I was ushered in and out of there like cattle. I had an extremely frustrating experience with their receptionist desk as well trying to get a hold of my test results. They told me to call back at their Client Access line between 11:15-12pm or 7:15-8:00pm to get my results. This line does not have call waiting like their main line so I called between 7:15-7:35pm until I got frustrated and realized there's no one picking up. I called the main line and was told to call in the morning where a medical receptionist would be able to relay my results. So I called the next day and the same medical receptionist told me to call back the very SAME client access care line. At this point, I'm extremely frustrated and will have to go to the clinic to PHYSICALLY obtain my results. I don't recommend this place at all unless you're looking for cheap contraceptives, which they don't even get licensed health care professionals to discuss options with you, they have VOLUNTEERS to do so. You're much better off going to your family doctor who will give you the time and attention that you need. Not to mention, they will be 100% more qualified to discuss options with you in comparison to a volunteer with possibly no license or medical background. I've never felt more neglected with this clinic.
