  • Avoid this place at all costs. I went for my cdl medical evaluation, the doctor was super rude and then because of medicines I take (which were no problem the last 5 years) I had to get additional paperwork filled out by my dr. I did, brought it back in, and then Concentra never submitted them to DMV - so I had my cdl suspended
