  • Do NOT use the Salon services at Ulta! My 17 year old daughter went in for highlights and a 1/2 trim, she came out with orange hair mostly on the top of her head, a 3 inch "trim" and a MASSACRE of her layers (blunt cut straight across the layer instead of tapering). I have pictures to prove it. We had to box color to fix the color and go to another salon to fix the cut. Ridiculous.
